partner's elbows together as you step forward with your left foot and place
it between your partner's feet. |

Sit down between your partner's feet and
at the same time place your right foot on the left side of your partner's
pelvis. Continue to squeeze the elbows together. |

Begin to lift your partner off the ground
by straightening out your right leg as you direct them over your head or
right shoulder. Continue to squeeze their elbows together. |
