Step over their head with your left foot. |

Step over their body with your right foot, pull their right arm
up between your legs with both hands, and sit down on their upper body
pulling the arm. |

Lock your ankles, apply pressure on the elbow by pulling down on
the arm and arching your back, hyperextending their elbow. Squeeze
your knees for stability and let go when they submit. |
